All caps were checked all resisters were checked and all passed inspection with no issues. This Pioneer Rt 1011L also has the C. Apability of using the 10.5″ Reels as well as the 7″. This one was the best machines for Pioneer Professional Series when introduced. You can listen to hours of music without changing reels.
