Offered for parts or repair. The deck did not power up the first time I tried. I put it away for a few weeks before testing the fuse (it was good), put the fuse back in, and it began working. Not sure if there is an underlying issue that needs to be addressed. Initially, it was playing a tape in PLAY mode, but the audio wasn’t playing at the correct speed, even when I experimentally changed the settings. After testing it out for a few minutes, it started slowing down and stalling out in PLAY mode. When I reloaded the tape, and tried again, it played the audio at what sounded like the correct speed. I’m concerned that something might be failing here. Note the speed is set on high for the demo, but it doesn’t look like its playing on high. The left side meter and speaker work. The right side seems to be out. There was no audio or needle movement on that side. I didn’t test any of the jacks. The bottom feet are missing. There are some cosmetic blemishes such as scratches, minor chips in the cabinet, rusty screws, corroded latches, etc. It hasn’t been cleaned up. It looks a bit dirty. I’m not sure if anything else is wrong with the deck. It doesn’t come with any tapes or empty reels.
