This is the 4000DB model reel deck from Akai. It is in great condition and it isn’t working properly. It works and sounds great on one channel and the other channel isn’t producing any sound and the VU meter needle shows as well that it is only getting a signal to the one channel. It also seems to only want to play in the 3 3/4 speed and doesn’t change over to 7 1/2 speed when you flip the control. The Volume control is clean with very little static and the SOS and Source controls have a little static in them when you flip the controls. The heads are nice and clean. The deck is in great condition with no heavy type or noticeable scratches on the top or sides and the edges are nice and clean all around. The front display is in great shape as well with no heavy type or noticeable scratches.
