The item is in Fair cosmetic condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. The wood side panels are chipping (see pictures # 6 and 10). The top is warped (see pictures # 7 and 11). The device has noticeable scratches. All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the device. With an in-house three prong power cord with alligator clips attached to the end connected to the power terminal. I was able to connect, play and remove in-house Reels. I was able to test the playback features to be working but the pinch roller does not always engage. I was able to get audio input into the RCA inputs 1-4 using an in-house Audio system. I was able to get audio output from the RCA outputs 1-4 to in-house speakers. I was able to test the headphone jacks to be working with in-house headphones. I was able to change the input between tape and source. I was able to adjust the volume output for inputs 1-4. I was able to adjust the volume input for the inputs 1-4 and microphone and line inputs. I was unable to get the recording feature to work properly when attempting to record. The sections of tape that were recorded on were blank but the indicator lights turned on. No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources. It is not intended for recycling or disposal. No Power cord, Reels, Speakers, Microphones, Headphones and other accessories are included. Included in the sale is.
