Akai X-1810 1/4 Stereo Reel to Reel Tape Recorder w/ 8-Track player & built-in stereo speakers. INCLUDES DIN JACK CABLE (not pictured). Must be taken apart, cleaned and lubricated before use, but no known issues otherwise. Everything (including 8-track player / recorder) should work great after a good. Never had any issues. With the machine at all in 20+ years. Used lightly and intermittently since the late 90s w/ long periods of heated / cooled, dry indoor storage. I have been the sole owner & keeper since 1996. Front plastic cover has some small pieces broken off at corners, but cover still stays seated for normal use. I have included a vinyl strap that I’ve used to hold the front cover on while transporting & storing. Overall this machine is in fantastic shape. Just needs a good cleaning / lubricating. There are only a few minor cosmetic flaws on the unit itself. The top corners are a little worn. And there is one small chip taken out of the right front which I have marked in a photo.
