TEAC X-2000R reel-to-reel tape deck with wood case, 10 reel capability, EE & DBX compatible, and more. It does play but unfortunately it needs work. I have to manually raise the rollers to get it to play and then lower them to FF and rewind. Sound quality was not bad – tapes played were probably as old as the deck (if not older). Other than having to manually move the rollers the only other flaws I could find was some lite static in the output and level controls and the DBX light does not come on. Cosmetically the face is very clean / nice. Wood case is a slightly different story – has multiple flaws around the edges (worst being bottom right rear) and a damaged spot on the top.
