Revox B77 MKII Reel to Reel Tape Recorder. This is a B77 MKII 2-Track Reel To Reel Tape Recorder, high speed version: 7.5ips and 15ips. This Recorder was Just restored as follows: – Totally Recapped, meaning all electrolytic capacitors were replaced – Nichicon audio capacitors were installed in the signal paths – Defective transtors were replaced – Tape guide bearing replaced – Takeup and supply motors were rebuilt and new bearings installed – Capstan motor rebuilt – Capstan roller inspected and is in excellent shape – The Erase, Record, and Playback heads were inspected are in excellent condition – The power plug was converted to standard IEC power plug. The B77 was calibrated and tested to Revox Service Manual standard – MRL calibration tape used for calibration and the recorder was calibrated for LPR90 tape – The upper section of the front cover was painted in Graphite Grey, the back cover in Satin?
