In beautiful condition (as shown in the photographs). There are a few light marks here and there but these are consistent with age and do not detract at all from the overall appearance of the machine, since most are on the back. Playback and Record work absolutely fine. All functions operate as they should without any problems whatsoever. The Heads are very clean. The previous owner stated that brand new belts were fitted to the Akai when it was serviced around just over a year ago. I cannot confirm or deny this, but overall operation would suggest this to be true. There are some recordings on the tape included, but you can run the tape off or simply record your own selections over. THEY ARE A PERFECT FIT AND VERY GOOD QUALITY.
